Today thought of writing something on Training the Subconscious based on my limited understanding of the Subconscious.
I have read in various articles that how highly effective people around the world train and work on their subconscious to bear desired results.
Let me try to understand the key difference between conscious and subconscious mind.
In simple terms conscious mind is your logical or reasoning mind, it helps you to use logic or reason to evaluate and counter different situations in your life, however your subconscious mind does not use use any logic or reason, it simply follows the instructions given to it by your conscious mind, in other words your conscious mind drives your subconscious mind.
It is not a single day task to train or program your subconscious mind, for subconscious to work more or less you want it to be you should try to do more of self talk, fill your mind with positive affirmations like i can do it, i want to be happy, this is possible and so on. These positive affirmations will program your subconscious with positive instructions only and whenever you will be in doubt or unsure about the possible outcome of a specific situation, the positivity which you have build up in your subconscious will come in your aid,however, easier said than done this process of training the subconscious is not an overnight process, it takes lot of time and exercise to constantly build your subconscious full of positivity. Habits for example are not built in a day and your subconscious built your habits, that is why it is not so easy to change your regular habits if you want to change them.
Finally as i said earlier subconscious does not use any logic or reason of its own, so if you will build it with negative affirmations it will have negativity all over it and if you build it with positive affirmations it will have positivity all over it and that is why it is very very important to stay positive and look at everything around you in a positive frame of mind, self talk often with positive affirmations and gradually with time you will be abundant with positivity and however bad the situation might seem you will be able to come out of it with flying colours.
